Apartamento en el corazón de la ciudad con parking

Onderstaande boodschap heb ik ook via Booking aan de organisatie gestuurd. We hebben hier geen enkele reactie op ontvangen (behalve een geautomatiseerd bericht met de standaardvraag hoe we het appartement hadden ervaren). Onze boodschap: We did enjoy our stay in San Sebastián very much. However, we are not completely satisfied with the apartment. The bathtub was very filthy with other people’s dirt, so before taking a shower I cleaned it myself with the bleach spray I found in the apartment. The apartment is dusty as well, especially under the tv cabinet. Also a couple of lamps do not work, shelves are missing and the showerhead is held together with a piece of string. The window shutter in the living room does not work, the cord is broken. I am telling you this so you can make sure everything is clean and working for the next guests.
