Very positive: host/landlady described as lovely, friendly, responsive and arranged repairs the same day.
Positive: centrally located, very close to the Renfe station and within walking distance to the center; neighbourhood is quiet though not a preferred area for all.
Positive: flat well-equipped for long stays (washing machine, dryer, hoover and everyday equipment available).
Mixed impressions: one guest called the flat clean, but recurring shower drainage blockages and an initial hot-water failure indicate maintenance/cleanliness issues.
Mixed-to-negative: comfortable bed and well-furnished for one person, but the apartment is small and very thin-walled (noise issues) which affects sleep; plumbing problems also impacted room use.
