Mixed service: booking confirmations were given but guests experienced a 50-minute wait at arrival and delayed towel delivery; staff ultimately assisted. Rating reflects that staff responded but check-in coordination was poor.
Consistently praised: central/céntrico, very close to the metro, Palacio Real, supermarket and bus stop; quiet street at night and convenient for sightseeing.
Many missing or insufficient items: no hair dryer, no iron, few/no hangers, no trash cans in places, very limited kitchenware (no poubelle, no frying pan, no drainer), lighting faults and no hooks/coat racks.
Towels were delivered late and some bins/cleaning amenities were missing (bathroom had no bin initially); overall cleanliness issues reported alongside equipment shortages.
Strong negatives: apartment is a converted office/ground-floor space with no true bedroom door, open mezzanine stairs, limited daylight, heating/electrical problems and poor privacy.
