Check-in was very straightforward; contact person was easy to reach and responded quickly.
Nice house in a quiet residential area with a green, well-kept garden.
Large, well-equipped kitchen and presence of a fireplace and AC units, but dishwasher is ineffective and showers lack water pressure.
Generally clean with sufficient towels, but issues noted: sofa smelled and was worn; dishwasher does not clean dishes well; shower water pressure is low.
Significant drawbacks: no central heating in winter (only bedroom AC units which are insufficient for the large open living area), worn and odorous sofa, low shower pressure; bed itself was comfortable.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
