Host generally responsive and helpful; issues (entry code, messages in Spanish on arrival) were resolved quickly according to multiple reviews.
Repeatedly praised: very close to the centre (around 10 minutes), near market and supermarket; excellent location for sightseeing.
Well equipped: kitchen supplies, dishwasher tablets, fridge with water on arrival, heater, air conditioning and basic supplies were noted positively.
Mostly reported as clean and tidy, but occasional issues (one guest found the apartment dirty initially) and strong tobacco odours in the bathroom were mentioned.
Mixed to negative: comfortable beds but several complaints about small bathrooms, noise/poor window insulation, occasional windows that wouldn't close, and parking difficulties.
