Generally positive: quick communication and thoughtful touches (welcome wine/beer/fruit, stocked supplies). One report that the owner did not personally check a reported storm/water issue, so service is slightly tempered.
Location is very central and convenient (close to restaurants/supermarkets) but multiple mentions of noise from nearby pubs and one significant issue with water coming in from the terrace during a storm, reducing the location/comfort score.
Well stocked with many useful items (dishwasher tabs, washer pods, toiletries, bathrobes, towels, tea, icepack) and good terrace/bedroom amenities; however issues with hot water supply for long showers and a suggestion for extra towels/kitchen towel lower the score slightly.
Multiple reviewers explicitly said the apartment was very clean ('Very clean', 'schoon'). Cleanliness is a clear positive in the reviews.
