Repeated problems with key pickup/return, poor communication and slow/no follow-up when guests reported issues (hot water, access), causing frustration.
Consistently praised as very close to the beach, near bars and restaurants; described as ideal for beach access and pleasant surroundings.
Frequent lack of basic amenities: no hot water in shower (heater not triggered), sparse kitchen utensils (no pepper/sugar, missing large pots, dirty pans), no kettle/TV/Wi‑Fi in some reports, no heating.
