Negative: house manager speaks only Spanish, did not preheat the pool as requested, failed to answer queries about coffee options; some responsiveness (broom provided after request) but overall communication and fulfillment issues.
Very positive: excellent location with lovely views from the upper terrace of beach, sea and mountains; quiet, pleasant neighborhood and nicely landscaped garden.
