Communication is easy and often via digital key or chatbot; however several guests noted reliance on an AI/chatbot and that human staff were sometimes unhelpful or not very resolutive.
Repeatedly praised: excellent, central location close to the cathedral and amenities, convenient for sightseeing and within walking distance of restaurants.
