Generally positive: convenient in Benimaclet and close to metro/buses, though not ideal if you need to be in the historic centre.
Negative: repeated missing or non-working items — kettle and wine opener absent initially, coffee machine reported as not functioning, no washing machine, extractor fan missing and kitchenware could be improved.
Mixed: several guests praised cleanliness ('La limpieza', 'Czysto', 'cleaness'), but others reported aspects of cleaning that left something to be desired.
