Mixed: close to shops, restaurants and the beach (positive), but the advertised ocean view is obstructed by other buildings and not as shown in photos (negative).
Mixed-positive: tennis court and proximity to local amenities are positives; however, underground parking is available but the allocated space is far from the apartment (under a neighboring building).
Negative: towels described as musty/stale (stęchlizna), indicating poor cleanliness.
Negative: room was not prepared for four guests (set up for two); sleeping arrangements for additional two were uncomfortable.
