Owner described as friendly and polite in interactions, though their presence upstairs reduced perceived privacy at the pool.
Clearly praised: very close to Playa San Juan with good restaurants and cafes; convenient location though a car is recommended.
Problems with amenities: advertised barbecue was misleading or only available at extra cost, pool maintenance poor, WiFi awful, hot water/shower temperamental; some substitute items (hot plate) provided.
Multiple reviews call out poor/superficial cleaning: ants, dust on sofas, leaves and general lack of thorough cleaning; pool area also described as neglected.
Room issues noted: basement room (sótano) described as uncomfortable, interlinked bedrooms, some broken drawers/blinds and general wear; bathroom needs improvements.
At least one guest felt the last-minute price (750 EUR for 9 nights) represented very good value, though extra fees (e.g., for the BBQ) reduced perceived value for others.
