Very positive: Gloria and the owners/Nivariahost team were repeatedly praised for excellent communication, responsiveness and helpfulness before and during stays.
Positive: described as a quiet, safe resort area close to shops, cafes and the airport, with beach access and nearby attractions; good balance of convenience and tranquility.
Generally positive: heated pool, well-equipped modern kitchen, multiple outdoor terraces and thoughtful layout; negatives include WiFi not reaching all bedrooms and hoover/dust issues.
Mixed reports: several guests described the villa as very clean and tidy, but one guest reported blue dust, no towels and dangerous leaks in bathrooms that caused slipping — safety/cleanliness issues significant.
