Mixed service: initial stay experience had major failures (no check-in instructions, unreachable host, unhelpful AI chatbot, privacy invasion), but the management later engaged proactively, communicated clearly during the refund process and issued a full refund — hence a mixed-to-positive assessment.
Consistently praised: described as an excellent location (Triana), beautiful neighbourhood and convenient for walking — multiple reviewers highlight location as a major positive.
Amenities were inconsistent or missing: reviewers report no basic supplies (toilet paper, towels, shampoo, extra blanket), empty first-aid kit, no vacuuming and general lack of expected amenities.
