Consistently praised: central location in Los Remedios, about 10–15 minutes walk to main attractions, close to bars and bus stops. Parking is nearby but can be difficult to find.
Mostly positive: well-equipped apartments noted (espresso machine, good supplies, clean towels). Some guests missed welcome items (bottled water, coffee/tea) and one report of initial missing TV.
Mixed mentions: several guests praised cleanliness ('muy limpio', 'très propre'), but there are clear negative reports (stained sheets, 'not clean' in one review) and issues linked to bathroom flooding that affected perceived cleanliness.
