Host communicated via WhatsApp and was responsive, but many problems were not resolved; reception staff sometimes helpful; housekeeping quality was reported as poor.
Consistently praised: great location with excellent views, balcony overlooking pool/sea/mountains, easy access to restaurants and the hotel area — many guests highlighted the location as a major positive.
Pool and Jacuzzi repeatedly praised and not too crowded; on-site restaurant/bar with live music and good cocktails; washing machine in the apartment noted. Some negatives include no AC in one unit and internet outage.
