Self check-in was praised and the host was at times receptive; however there were delays and communication issues (broken WhatsApp number, slow response during lock failures), so service is slightly positive but mixed.
Repeated positive mentions: very central, close to public transport, near supermarket and sights; location is a clear strength.
Well-equipped with coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer, induction hob, good internet and towels; some missing items (no bottled water, TV has no channels) but overall amenities are a positive.
