The facility is not bad, but very small compare to the photos

When I arrived, they asked for a security deposit of (200) Euro, and should be paid by credit card .. I offered Cash, but they refused .. and I understood that the main reason is to take your card details in case if they decided to charge you more under any circumstance the think of. And by the way, the Security Deposit is against Booking rules, I tried to explain, but suddenly they don’t understand English and cannot speak very well Lol. I would say that the problem in the hotel is the size of the apartment is very small compare to the photos. It’s not worth it at all compare to the price and the other places you might find around the city. It’s very disappointing to ask for cleaning the rooms, and the answer is (No, we clean the rooms every 7 days to protect the environment) !!!???? Are you serious? Is this the only way to protect the alleged environment by not cleaning to rooms ?!! I was only asking to clean the bathrooms and changing the towels. It was a bad experience that I don’t recommend the place at all نصيحة لا تسكن، وفر فلوسك واسكن في مكان يقدر فلوسك وينظف غرفتك كل يوم .. وانتبه ياخذون منك تأمين لما توصل عندهم، اخذ تأمين يعارض سياسات بوكنق ومخالف للأنظمة عند بوكنق .. وفر فلوسك واسكن في مكان اوسع واكبر
