There is absolutely nothing comfortable about this hotel, starting with the reception staff, especially the women; they treat you like a beggar, not a respected guest who came to visit beautiful Spain and share its positive image. The rooms are extremely cramped, you can barely move around in them, the air conditioning is controlled from reception, and the bathroom is tiny and lacks even the most basic amenities. لا يوجد شيء مريح على الإطلاق في هذا الفندق، بدءًا من موظفي الاستقبال، وخاصة النساء؛ فهم يعاملونك وكأنك متسول، لا كضيف محترم جاء لزيارة إسبانيا الجميلة ومشاركة صورتها الإيجابية. الغرف ضيقة للغاية، بالكاد تستطيع التحرك فيها، ويتم التحكم في مكيف الهواء من مكتب الاستقبال، والحمام صغير جدًا ويفتقر إلى أبسط المستلزمات.
