“Habitació amb No Vistes a la ciutat”

Lloc cèntric i animat ple de teatres, restaurants, botigues... Passen taxis continuament. A prop dels punts més interessants de Madrid. Apartament net pero petit.

Marges de millora

Estàn rehabilitant la façana, sembla ser que des de fa mesos. Quan anuncien "habitació amb balcó i vistes a la ciutat" haurien d'avisar que vista no n'hi ha cap i l'acces al balcó és gairebé impossible. A les 8 del matí comencen els operaris a repicar la paret amb martells manuals i martells pneumàtics i no és possible estar-te una estona més al llit. Necessites 3 codis d'accés diferents per entrar a l'apartament.
