“Ohne Kaution wäre es super”

Gute Lage gute Ausstattung ,

Noch zu verbessern

Wir mussten beim einchecken 300 Euro Kaution zahlen, seit drei Jahrzehnten reise ich beruflich und privat um die halbe Welt aber eine Kaution musste ich noch nie zuvor hinterlegen Ich fragte also Gloria die den checkin machte wie ich beweisen könnte dass zb ein Kratzer am Boden schon da war und nicht von mir stammt? Sie meinte wir könnten ja ein Video der Wohnung machen .. ein Video? Von allen Wänden Kästen Böden etcetc??? Denn natürlich gibt es überall kleine Kratzer odet abgeschlagen Ecken, die man nicht sofort bemerkt .. Wir haben die Kaution prompt zurückbekommen doch die Sache mit der Kaution und die Unsicherheit, ob wir sie zurückbekommen hat den Aufenthalt getrübt

“Schöne geräumige Wohnung für eine Woche in Madrid”
Das Beste

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zur vereinbarten Zeit von Julieta empfangen, die uns alle Einrichtungen der Wohnung zeigte. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liegt in einem gutbürgerlichen Viertel. Die Busse ins Zentrum sind nur wenige Minuten Fussweg entfernt, ebenso die Metro. Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke.

Noch zu verbessern

Das Haus ist hellhörig. Je nachdem wie laut die Nachbarn sich unterhalten …
