1-The house needs a deep clean 2. Only 1 bathroom with walk in shower and that was in such a bad state it wasn’t used. No bath mats in 2 bathrooms. No spare towels, sheets, blankets … 3. The 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel provided to each person was so old and had so many bleach stains on them. Not what I would have expected for the price we paid for this rental. 4. Even after all the other reviews the aircon is still not working in the sitting room or a number of the bedrooms. 5. Two single duvets put on every double bed instead of a double sized duvet. Was very annoying trying to keep warm. No white sheet between undersheet and duvets. Sorry to have to leave this review but the property was a lot more expensive than other ones. We picked this in the expectation of it being up to a certain standard.

It was situated only a short was from the marina.

To be improved

We had issues with the keys to get into the property the lock keeps sticking. The villa needs some a little TLC. Not enough sun Loungers by the pool. AC not working in the living room. Downstairs toilet door broken. No bath mats for the bathrooms making it very slippy. I don’t think it’s worth the money they are asking.

It was a serious ant infestation that needs work. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING on the sides or tables that remotely resembles food for even a few mins. They had no air con working in the living area and expect to leave windows open at night in Spain 🦟 !!!

“Not how it is presented”

The property was big enough to fit 8 people, it had a pool and it was close to the beach. Was perfect for what we needed.

To be improved

There are however a couple of things that aren’t like the pictures and in my opinion the property value is way less than what we paid for. Some of the issues we had: - air conditioning in the living room wasn’t working and we had the acommodation in august, you can imagine how hot it was. - wi-fi didn’t work either - the pictures on booking are way better than the reality - pool area was dirty, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned up recently - too few sunbeds, given the acommodation is for 8, there are only 4 sunbeds - all the sunbeds were dirty, we had to put them under the shower and clean them up. - for the whole week we stayed, no one came to clean the pool - at some point there were some people coming in the yard without no one letting us knoe they will be coming

“Spacious relaxing place for a family to stay.”

Spacious, comfortable, clean, good facilities and secure being in a small gated road. Loved the terrace to relax in during day or evening. Location was fairly central, but not ideal if you have mobility issues, due to the hilly road.

To be improved

The pool was too cold! No padded covers for sun loungers so uncomfortable to lay on.
