This notice provides the information required by Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE) regarding the owner of the SpainHotels website and the general conditions of its use.

Object and activity
Through this site, SpainHotels provides two distinct services. (1) A platform for searching and comparing accommodations in Spain: SpainHotels displays availability and prices and directs the user to the booking provider. The booking processing, payment collection, voucher issuance, and management with the establishment are handled by LiteAPI through an SDK loaded on the site; SpainHotels is not the accommodation provider, does not process payments, and is not a party to the booking contract. (2) HotelShop: a sales channel for products and experiences published by the hotel (dinners, massages, and complementary services) where SpainHotels facilitates the purchase and processes payment through Stripe, receiving a commission for the service. The actual provision of the product is the responsibility of the hotel.
Terms of Use
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith, and these terms, and not to use it for illicit purposes or purposes harmful to SpainHotels or third parties. The introduction of content contrary to applicable legislation is prohibited, as is the performance of any activity that may damage, disable, or overload the site or prevent its normal use.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on the site (texts, photographs, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, source code, software, databases, and any other element susceptible to protection) is the property of SpainHotels or third parties who have authorized its use. The presence of such elements on the site does not imply the transfer of rights. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation is prohibited without the express authorization of the owner, except in legally permitted cases.
Responsibility and external links
SpainHotels is not responsible for services provided by third parties (hotels, booking agents such as LiteAPI or Hotelbeds, payment gateways) accessible through the site, without prejudice to the obligations that, as a provider of information society services, LSSI-CE imposes on us. The site may contain links to third-party pages for the purpose of facilitating access to complementary information; SpainHotels does not control these sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or for the consequences that may arise from their use.
Modifications and applicable legislation
SpainHotels reserves the right to modify this notice to adapt it to regulatory or service changes. The version published on the site is the current one at any given time. This notice is governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers, the courts corresponding to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users will have jurisdiction.
