1. The reception staff were amazing esp Xavi, Diego and Joachim. All accommodating, personable and helpful. a credit to your company 2 Great transport location with Metro line so close by

To be improved

1 Fridge was leaking but we reported it 2 Room was small so cannot fit even medium size luggage 3 No electric kettle 4. Coffee pods that keeps breaking

“Location was quick from the airport Metro was quick to anywhere from the station right outside Nice bar outside, supermarkets, restaurants all close by Staff were great helpful and always smiling Rooms cleaned everyday and couldn't hear any outside noise Beds very comfy · Cons: Maybe just some umbrellas around the pool for shade not much cover More pillows but a personal preference”

“cute place with less cute actions going on”

great place but once there is a problem, don’t think you’ll get any help.. the day we left my taximoney was gone aka stolen from my hotelroom? didn’t make a big problem out of it but when we arrived we had to pay €150 (everyone has to otherwise you don’t even get the already booked room) wich was fine for me bc they said if you don’t break things or smoke you get it back… 1month further, got nothing back.. called with them and they act like I’M THE PERSON IN FAULT? e-mailed them the proof that my money never came back.. twice money stolen, this NEVER EVER happened to me before and i travel a lot.. do you’re research guys before booking x
