“The apartment's location is absolutely the best feature.”

Communication with the hosting agency was streamlined well. The location is top-notch, most landmarks are accessible by foot in 20-30min walk max. The apartment was clean and silent.

To be improved

The wi-fi was unstable and internet was slow (not suitable for remote work). Also, there was a funky smell coming out of the bathroom drain, but it may be due to the building's plumbing.

A nice little apartment with everything you need for a short visit to Madrid. Great location, walking distance to all sightseeing landmarks of the city. Very good communication and assistance from Maria, we had a small problem with the bathroom, which was fixed right away.

Small shower enclosure, inconvenient to use.
