The property manager showed us very poor service. No one had our apt ready then said we could extend our stay but promptly kicked us out. The jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived, there were bugs and hair in it , the cleaning service was incredibly poor. As a honeymooning couple this was a very poor experience. They need to fire the manager and get someone who knows how to make proper reception and welcome guests.

_We spent 5 nights there and suffered from noisy Spanish neighbors nearly all of those nights, different batch of people. The first time, we complained to the owner via Booking message (noisy drunken people banging on furniture and laughing out loud) , but no response from the owner. The second time we sent an SMS and he came to ask the neighbors to keep it quiet after nearly an hour. The last time we messaged him on WhatsApp (he claimed to be available 24h / 24h there) and didn't get any response nor any help from him. The loud speaking and music lasted until 2 am. Did he get tired of us complaining about the noise? Did he not want to offend the Spanish guests by asking them to keep their voices down a little, past the indicated 11pm curfew? We bared with the noise until midnight but past that, it disturbs our own plans for the next day so that is not acceptable and the owner doesn't seem to care. _The sound insulation between the apartments is so bad that if you happen to have neighbours who do not care about how loud they speak, you will find yourself listening in on their conversation. _The TV didn't work and the bathroom sink was clogged, we informed the owner but he didn't try to help with that. -> Overall I wouldn't suggest the apartment because it takes at least 30 minutes of walking to reach the interesting parts of the city and the sound insulation is extremely poor.

Not sure if this could have been related to the fact that it was Sunday and Easter but there was not a good reply time from the host as it claimed. A lot of messages to which I got no replies or very late ones. The host had said there was a possibility to enter the property before, which did not happen even though I had texted him days prior and on the same day, and even tried calling and sms him, requesting an early entrance. Also had asked for a late check-out to which I never got an answer. I am only complaining because the host had advertised being available at all times and that I could request an early entrance or a late check-out, and that was not at all true.
