“Great location but apartment needs to be modernised and kitchen utilities replaced”
The best

Location was great, just by the beach, close to supermarket (mercadona) and an amazing view from the balcony

To be improved

The apartment did not have air condition which makes the apartment very hot and it needed to be seriously aired out before we felt the inner climate was good. Kitchen was very small, there is no oven and all kitchen equipment, pans and the like are very old and worn so it is not ideal for cooking if this is what you like (which we had plans for). Apartment definitely needs a good modernisation/upgrade to feel more comfortable.
