Affordable, clean, and location is 1 min walk from tram station, just 10 minutes from Alicante senter. And host spoke english as well.

Black mold on the ceilings and around the tub in the bathroom. Kitchen Cupboards were not clean. Windows in my room wouldn't lock. No cups to make coffee in. Very few utensils. The power went at least 4 times. Improper sheets on the mattress. No fitted sheets. There was a stain on the mattress and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.
