Have been here lots of times, great staff, excellent location and lovely accommodation. They've recently upgraded their menu which is lovely, very tasty and creative. As a solo traveller I was made to feel very welcome and the staff in both the reception and the restaurant went that extra mile on the service front.

Breakfast was good, good meat selection and coffee and tea station were very good. Pool was great - clean, big, nice atmosphere around it. Room style was nice and very clean. AC worked very well. We generally liked the look and feel of the hotel - looked very tropical, we really liked all the plants, trees and flowers all around. The receptionists were very nice - in particular Rebecas was super friendly and helpful and even remembered our names even though we only stayed there for 1 night.

To be improved

Pool area toilet was not good. Didn't have soap or hand-dryer. Breakfast could have had more types of fruit. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, at night we could've used an extra blanket. Rooms are a bit small.
