“Disappointing, spoiled our holiday.”

Terrace with great sea view; beach within walking distance; parking. Roses and surrounding areas are beautiful.

To be improved

No welcome information pack. No care taken to ensure all ready for use. Outdoor table & chairs were in a side room indoors so we had to struggle to get them out to terrace. Aircon unit in living room worked but one in hall didn't. Floors had not been washed - our feet were filthy after walking bare foot indoors the first day. Kitchen worktops had gritty residue and food splashes on walls. Had to clean everything before use. No instructions on using washing m/c etc. Advertised TV with satellite channels (omitted to say it was in Spanish only). Said "Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge" but sign on wall when we got there said "The connection have a limited velocity. You cannot download movies, music, videos, books etc". We got NO connection at all - you could open a site but nothing within it. I had business commitments which meant Wi-Fi was imperative to me but we had to go out of apartment to find Wi-Fi connection. Totally false advertising and most disappointing stay in Spain ever.
