The conditioner didn't work and this is a disaster for the family vacation. The staff was nice and friendly before the problem with the conditioner became apparent, but after that they stopped answering or showing any reaction to my claims and suggestions. No refund or any excuses or compensation from their side, nothing.

Amazing location in the heart of Tarifa. The apartment is very cozy, clean and has all the necessary amenities.

To be improved

AC wasn't properly working but the property manager quickly arranged for a technician to fix the issue.

Quiet and clean apartment with coffee shops and restaurants close by. A great area to walk around.

To be improved

Dog poo! I'm a dog owner but tenants around the area walk their dogs without a leash and don't pick up their dogs poo.

- no cleaning - problem with arrival - nobody answered the phone and we waited 1.5 to get code to keys - deposit not returned in 5 days after departure (we will see if it will be returned) - parking 18 eur / night (parking for 12 eur /day was full) virtually no option for free parking in area as it is old town, and places are very scarce
