110 Colony Club

I am going to Lanzarote for over 20 years, never had I to pay for Aircon, also this is not mentioned on the apartment profile. To add insult to.injury it did not work,it . I rang the number we were given from the agency on Sat evening, no reply, rang again Monday morning, to advise aircon not working, and another major difficulty only one set of keys, We waited for a second set of keys until Wednesday, we were told that the ac was probably not working as we might have it on a wrong setting, Only one remote also worked someone came to apt did not fix, or didn't even bother put a battery in the second remote, we put 4 euro in air-conditioning on our first night no cold air and stopped at 4 am as rang out of money after blowing warm air.. No AC in living areas The agent put money in it when I complained still didn't work so we gave up. There are over 80 steps up to this apartment from beach side , which is extremely dangerous as not lit up at night. Stairs to downstairs area black marble again extremely dangerous, needs led lighting .

Didn’t know the air conditioning was pay as you go.

Quite a lot of stairs leading back up to the property but didn’t mind the exercise. Never got to the residential pool, again too many extra stairs. Daily bin empties were a little bit of a chore as no local main bins in the area other than the Main Street.

The steps so many steps and at night very badly lit on the way down to the strip also had to wash all cutlery and utensils as there was dried in food on most of them in saying this it is a beautiful apartment very modern and so well furnished there’s no waste facilities on the complex for bins have to walk 5 minutes onto the street to put into public bins

The Peugot fan system really true as for a loop to keep the two bedrooms going over the 10 days cost us close to hundred or which I was not happy with as we were expecting maybe 30 €40 for the whole trip
