Overall the accommodation meet our expectations and previous reviews were fair in their assessment. Location very good and central for Costa Adeje.

To be improved

Communication was very good prior to our arrival. Agent not available on arrival doe to issues with another property. Again agent keen communication to get damage deposit on arrival. Further messages went un answered until our departure, disappointing. The accommodation has a washing machine which worked well. However once wash finished and machine pumped out the water, the drain obviously had some restriction as water came up in the floor and shower drains. This was communicated to the agent but never acknowledged.

there was lots of noise in accommodation Ie drilling and banging workers walking past pool the entrance was closed had to use side entrance no reception , water was turned of for 7 hours one day was not told about water shutdown , also pictures of apartment were deceiving , furniture on balcony was not the same as advertised bedroom was small and mattress very uncomfortable,
