The best

The location was great, near La Rambla, Casa Battlo, casa Mila. With 24 hour open stores, restaurants nearby. A recently open Korean restaurant with great food near the entrance of the building. The apartment was very spacious, a comfortable couch for relaxing evenings in front of the TV ( a little bit outdated- everybody should have a smart TV nowadays because the TV channels was only in Spanish). We were very pleased to see that it had three toilets.

To be improved

The toilet near the entrance had a smell. They have tried to cover it with perfumes, but it was still heavy. The furniture was outdated and the top shelves had dust on them. They should insist more with the cleaning.

The location is the best!!

The house during winter is really really cold the a/c with heath does not works and the heating system is NOT ENOUGT for an house so big. Definitely it’s NOT with the money ( a lot ) that cost. Also hot water was working just a few minutes a day.
