“I would definitely recommend this apartment. It’s a very nice and cosy place in the heart of the old city.”
The best

Great location just in the city centre. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, like kitchen utensils, extra pillows. All the main touristic attractions are very close.

To be improved

It can be rather loud at night so don’t forget earplugs

The location was excellent. All monuments were nearby. Cleanliness was very good.

To be improved

There was no lift and the property was on 3rd floor. No washing machine and one of the beds was not very comfortable. The streets were lively even at 2 am.

The best

The location is great!! It can be very loud at night but totally worth it! The owner did allow us to drop off our luggage one hour early from check-in so we didn’t have to haul it around.

To be improved

Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but the spiral staircase in the apartment to the loft is a safety concern (not meant for children or uncoordinated adults). The property advertised washer there wasn’t a washer in the apartment, no dry rack, no iron or ironing board, no extra trash bags, no paper towels, no napkins, no Kleenex, not even a full toilet paper roll to start off , we had to go buy more since we were left with a partial roll, the kitchen is not fully equipped (1 small pot and a strainer), it did have dishes and glasses, but no salt or pepper shaker or oil to cook an egg. The AC can really only keep the downstairs cool, it was super hot upstairs and it wasn’t even summer yet. The sofa bed isn’t very comfortable (our kid was ok with it but it’s not meant for adults). The furniture needed some TLC, the kitchen chairs were loose, bed was squeaky, linen was dingy and ragged and wasn’t the cleanest. Several light bulbs were burnt out. The internet wasn’t great and kept dropping which made it hard to work from the apartment. It is a very bare minimum setup.

The best

Very cosy small studio in great location. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, very clean. All basic utensils available in the kitchenette. Excellent water pressure in the shower, only the shower is quite small, at least for a tall person like me. The only con is the noise from the street, it is a very busy area of Valencia and so it never sleeps, throughout the night and early morning too. It is though to be expected if one wants to enjoy the central location.

“Spacious studio in a perfect location with a nice view”
The best

The location was perfect, right on the corner of the building overlooking a cute town square with a lot of people watching. We were there during the Fallas festival and so there was a lot of activity to observe from our balcony. Open all the windows for a nice view :) Downstairs there are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The studio and bathroom is spacious, clean and comfortable. They had a well-equipped kitchen.

To be improved

They don't have a code for you to enter the building. So we had to wait for someone to deliver the keys. I suggest they install a code for easy access/ exit. The TV didn't seem to have the modern apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.)
