The price is high, but the facilities are outdated. The neighborhood isn't the best and may feel unsafe at night. Finding a free parking spot is challenging. Some things, like the ventilation, were broken. There's no dishwasher, and the living room and bathroom are too small. The beds are really tiny for two people. We saw a few cockroaches during the stay. It’s to loud there, in the bedrooms you can hear everything from the street. In the living room you can hear all neighbours, how their children are running and crying like they in the same room with you. At the same time there are numerous rules that you cannot do it the appartments, your neighbours can be loud till 1am, but you cannot after 10pm, there are also a huge list of other rules and restrictions (it’s good that they allow you to breathe there))). One of them, you have only 4 hours during the day to check in for free (15-19). Otherwise, you have to pay additional money if you checkin after 19:00 or during the weekend, that’s weird in my opinion
