Worst property me and my husband ever stayed at.The day we got here we had to go buy cleaning products to clean the property. We bought loads of food to last us for 2 weeks which has all gone to waste because you can’t cook in the house the second something is turned on the whole power goes off. Heating or Ac can’t be turned on not even phone chargers because the power goes off and it can stay off for longer than an hour without turning on. Can’t have a shower because hot water doesn’t even last for 10 mins after it goes freezing cold. The washing machine is located outside which we can’t use because there is a bug and fly infestation. Me and my husband had to spend money on gym membership to shower or at petrol stations where it’s allowed. Money to eat out because all the food we bought had gone bad because we can’t cook in the property. We were obligated to use credit cards because this holiday was costing us a lot more than it should’ve. The bathroom has a disgusting smell coming from drains and a lot more major issues. Contacted the host no reply at all but on the day we were getting ready to leave she messages us saying that we need to be gone at 12pm I asked her to reply back to me because I want a refund and stopped replying .The cleaner comes and she’s on call to the host which clearly is able to reply back. Cleaner tells us very rudely to get out and leave we say to her it’s 10am we have until 12pm she left but wasn’t nice about it. She also had a set of keys which isn’t a problem but becomes a problem when nearly every time me and my husband weren’t in the property we can back to things around the house being moved and miss placed but thought nothing of it but today we found out she has full access and only lives in the area. We have contacted booking.com every day for 2 weeks after realising the host is ignoring us but booking.com messes about with their customers and doesn’t help at all and don’t want to help at all.
