“The apartment is spacious and in a terrific location!”

The apartment is in a terrific location; one block away from a pedestrian avenue with many restaurants, and within walking distance of sites and transportation hubs.

To be improved

We were promised a digital key by 15:00, however we had to wait almost two hours to receive it after we texted for help. Noisy neighbors above; heavy footsteps early in the morning and late at night.

The best

Good location, easy to access just about everything. Apartment was roomy and sunny. Kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to Saint Antoni market and two metro stations, plus multiple bus routes.

To be improved

Would have been nice to have another option for seating, like a small sofa or non-dining chair.

The check-in process is very difficult and confusing. Additionally, they have an app that supposedly will open the building entrance door... didn't worked and we needed to wait approx 1 h for someone to exit the building so we can get inside.

“Fantastic stay in the location near to the city center in a spacious apartment.”

The best

This is a spacious apartment - I was surprised how big it is for the price we paid. It is well-lit, which was fantastic during the winter months we were there. AC worked fine, providing proper temperature. It was also surprisingly quiet. No problems with neighbors or street noise, even during New Year's Eve celebrations. Close to the city center, well-communicated with public transport.
