1930 Boutique Hotel

Highly recommend. We stayed for one night while walking the Camino. Left E reader behind in the room. We got a call from the hotel to inform us and they delivered it to us at our next stop.We were so impressed and grateful. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic food.

Wow what a lovely elegant hotel. My bedroom looked over the garden and was very nicely decorated. There’s a nice shower room but only shampoo and shower gel and no soap. Also no bottled water which lesser hotels have for guests. The room and bathroom were spotless and the double bed comfortable. There’s a heated towel rail in the bathroom but put it on 30 minutes before you have your shower as it takes ages to warm up. Good shower pressure but the floor gets a little wet. The basin surround is falling apart and the bathroom is quite small. There’s a swimming pool for pilgrims to bath their sore feet or swim but it’s very cold even in Summer. They recommend Bar Galicia for lunch but also have their own restaurant called Casa Nené nearby for lunch. Fish at the former was good and steak at Nené in the evening was excellent.

Lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights on my recent Sarria - Santiago de Compostela camino (some taxi ferrying but so worth it to have more time at this hotel) The staff is so kind and accommodating, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable and the grounds are lovely. Hands down favorite place I stayed at in Spain, and the included breakfast has something for any taste: fresh fruit, toast, yogurt, sliced meat and cheeses, scrambled eggs and very good coffee (plus a cookie for the road!) served with a smile by the very attentive breakfast staff. Highly recommend.

Clean, great location

The hotel is beautifully done, the room was lovely. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. I just really enjoyed the hotel, and the breakfast was icing on the cake. Thank you
