Location of the apartment is very convenient - close to the shops, Las Americas beach, other beaches, Mercadona groceries etc. the kitchen is well equipped, has a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. 2 terraces is a bonus!

To be improved

It’s a bit noisy. nothing to do with the apartment itself, but the outdoors kids area is right in front and from 11 am to 6pm noise levels are very high. Also WiFi doesn’t really work upstairs in the bedroom. There are no air cons, just ceiling fans.
