To be improved

No communication from the host ever since our reservation the day before our stay, thus we never got exact apartment and checkin information; we went to the property in the hope of meeting someone there or there might be a front desk at 5pm that day, and didn’t see any one; the phone number provided in booking.com is an English number, so we had to make an international call, and no one picked up the call! We tried WhatsApp and similarly no one answered; eventually we had to quickly find a hotel 20km away!
