“A shame but we will be back to apartment”

The apartment is a good location

To be improved

Unfortunately 2 days before our stay we got a call to say there was loads of cockroaches which had been fumigated twice so we went but ended up with 9days of our 12 day stay cleaning up dead roaches. Was a very uncomfortable stay and really made our holiday miserable. We were reimbursed £224 which to be fair wasn’t really anything for the nightmare we were living in

Steps down to property. Shower door broken on en-suite making it unsafe to use. Tv did not work. No instructions on how to use air conditioning, hot water/boiler etc.
