near to the beach, near to shops and restaurants

swimming pool means public pool in another place, fitness center also in another place it is only a single appartment in an old building above the restaurant, only 2 windows in the appartment - to busy street, no terasse they were repairing another appartment in the bulding, so there were noise and dust all day
