2 Bedrooms and sofa bed flat by Wayra Tarifa

It was damp and musty when we walked into apartment. The windows were open a bit and everything felt cold and damp to the touch the bathroom smelled like sewage. The floors were dirty. I walked around for 30-40 minutes and my socks were gross with dirt and long hair and ew The neighbors upstairs were having a loud party until midnight I read the details. That there were two bedroom and a pull out couch. But there was no linen for the couch. Flies flew up out of kitchen sink when the water was turned on. Parking was difficult to find ( which was not included but reported to be readily available) we drove around for 10 minutes to find a spot The worst part was communication with the host. He was very snippy and unhelpful. I basically got did you read the instructions? There is nothing we can do in the middle of the night. We checked it is clean. It is damp this time of year. You should just convince the people in your group to deal with the situation. We literally had to leave an hour after we arrive and find some place else to stay. I called a hotel and a lovely Man answered and helped us right away was kind and polite and didn’t imply that this was my fault. We arrive at hotel at 1 am and it was clean and dry and no flies came up out of the sink. There were linens for all the beds plus extra. The parking was free and readily available And it was basically the same cost I rarely complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had with Airbnb type rental. We have travel to 10 European countries and always stayed at rentals and NEVER been treated this way!

Only 1 kitchen towel for 2 weeks is not sufficient. Also there was no laundry soap and not enough toilet papers.
