* no working sun schade in the expended outdoor space, we could not enjoy sitting on the terras by day * cushions on the outdoor seats were worn, threadbare, they need replacing or recovering forthwith * kitchen equipment (plates, knives and forks…) was not up to standard for this flat, an odd collection and too few for a flat advertised for 6 people * rusty toilet paper and brush holder needs replacing
