There is a slight issue with a smell from the drains on the top floor which I can see has been reported by previous guests. We would still book again though.

Disappointed as there were 4 male adults and only 3 beds were made up and no running cold water on the top floor for shower and couldn’t flush the toilet did message but no reply which was disappointing and showers were a bit weak on the pressure side it could be sorted

Second bathroom didn't have a cold water feed, only hot - toilet had to be flushed manually using a bucket of water filled from the tap on the terrace and showers had to be very quick - before the hot water had the chance to come through. Host said that this was a problem with the whole block but it seemed more like the cold water feeds weren't connected rather than flow as other taps elsewhere in the apartment were ok. Main bathroom was fine. We had 6 adults sharing, so the second bathroom was a key factor when booking.

The alarm was going off as we arrived and we were not given the fob to switch it off. I had to contact the company but the number provided on the page is incorrect. I did mange to get through to them and they turned it off. Only two of the beds were dressed and there was no sheet or pillow cases available for the 3rd bed. I contacted them via whatsapp to ask for more but did not receive any response. I contacted them for extra towels also as we were only provided with one each for a 4 night stay and did not receive a response until our second last day. I also asked them to come look at the upstairs toilet and shower which were not working and did not receive any response. After paying alot of money for the stay the service we were provided with was disappointing.

Unfortunately we didn’t have any electricity for the first night but the host was very helpful and got the issue resolved

Upstairs bathroom no cold water so could not use toilet or basin and shower. Upstairs balcony drain smell.
