“Booked this for a family break. The villa is exactly as pictured, with the most amazing views. All amenities you could need during your stay are provided including a laundry room. We appreciated the bottle of water and bowl of fruits left for us on the first day, and my brother appreciated the wine (!). We didn’t need to communicate much with the host during our stay but I did message Ania as part of the outside parasol broke under my use. Her colleague thankfully was able to provide a replacement part and fix it the next day. We asked for but were unable to get late checkout due to other guests checking in, but Ania kindly offered to keep our bags secured in the office until 3, no issues with collection. Property quite far up but walking down to beach, restaurant and mall was fine for us. Got taxis back up, usually around 5 euros. We’ve had an amazing relaxing time as a family and would mostly definitely return if we came back to Costa Adeje. · Cons: Bed(s) within pink room not as comfortable as the other rooms. Few broken tiles in the pool. Within the property, there was a notice saying staff would come for garden and pool maintenance on Wednesday, however someone unexpectedly came on Tuesday instead without prior notification. An information booklet with manuals for items within and outside the villa would have been very helpful (cooker, washing machine, parasol, lights outside etc). Some information is given in person on the first day but there’s so much to remember and it would have been helpful to have had something to refer back to.”

“Overall an enjoyable week and would recommend a car to explore the area”

Clean and Spacious. Hired a car which was very secure in the parking supplied. 15 min walk to the nearby town. There is also another area of costa adeje with upmarket shops and restaurants but you need a car or taxi to get there.

To be improved

Needed a information guide in the villa highlighting local areas to visit like restaurants/car hire/local beaches/supermarkets Neighbours were a bit noisy after 10pm. Uber was expensive to get back to the villa as the walk back is on a hill so we hired a car. Swimming pool is small for 6 people. Wave machine was not working and needed repair. Would have liked a welcome pack of basics like milk, bread, eggs, biscuits, cereals.

“Lovely winter sun Break just what we needed”

The Location is about 5mins from main beach front in a taxi. You can walk but lots of steps so depends how fit you are, but worth it to get the best views of the town day/night The villa was Lovely everything you need and the views from the big windows was really nice All the Bedrooms are big with their own bathrooms very clean and still pretty much new Ania was only a message away if needed and was around in the day in the office if needed And she helped us with a earlier key times due to we had an early flight which helped

Think it covered just about everything, Only thing i would say if your old or have kids you need a car
