To be improved

To start was no accessibility for people with disabilities, as we had scooters to charge and we had no access to charge them. And all stairs to room. Tvs not working and remotes with no batteries No wifi The bath was not working 1 shower not working properly or the toilet down stairs. No.blankets other than sheets and air-conditioning either didn't go on in rooms or wouldn't swith off. No blankets or pillows provided for sofa bed. To top it off No working washng machine as it wouldn't drain and our clothes had to be binned as all stained with dirty water and when opened the washing machine the water flooded everywhere and water stunk! No response from staff when I mentioned it via text. Shocking price for shocking state.
