“Great staff make a great Hostel”
The best

Great location and lovely hostel but made extra special by the amazing staff at the desk. I lost my passport and they went out of their way to help me. Following day I was still unable to get paperwork I needed and after 30mins of looking they found someone to move as they only female form rooms free. They did this with a smile The hostel has great facilities and lots of night time activities you can join Plus it's great value in the heart of the city

The best

Staff here are amazing! They helped me out countless times with bookings and travel. The place was warm, clean and friendly. I wasn’t there long enough to meet too many people or do any activities but seemed like a good place to meet others! Noise levels were good, and i felt safe in the rooms. Hostel was easy to find.

“The best hostel ever”
The best

I really liked the fact that there was personal space in every bed. That was because every bed is covered with a curtain. If I come back to Madrid I will totally choose this hostel again!
