“The uncertainity if we'd get to apartment at all. 16 online steps to get there”

16 (!) online steps to get to the aprartment, including providing all your personal data and signing doubtful contracts on the suspicious websites. Bugs almost at every step. Last steps only in Spanish. Ridiculously unprofessionall staff. The infoline with no answer at all. The emergency line answered only from time to time. And one day the person at the line assured me that all in my 16 steps procedure is fine, but the next day it wasn't. Totally, I spent 3 days and about 10 hours on that 16 steps, but nevertheless finally I got to travel 5km away to get the key phisically.

Perfect location and very easy to get around with close by restaurants in either direction. I also got a bonus treat of having live music and shows just down the street. I was so impressed on my first apartment rental

To be improved

I cannot say one negative thing about this place. It was being at home away from home.
